Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To color the entire surface of a fire retardant resin molded product, which comprises a synthetic resin filled with metal hydroxide, red phosphorus and a carbon powder, dark red-black and to reduce the lowering of the electric insulating resistance of the molded product when the molded product is dipped in water while keeping beneficial points such as high strength and high fire retardancy of the molded product.
SOLUTION: A fire retardant resin molded product is constituted by laminating a skin B on a base material A. Herein, the base material 1 is a molded product formed from a compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin, 5-200 pts. of metal hydroxide, 1-3 pts.wt. of red phosphorus and 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a carbon powder and the skin B is a molded product formed from 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin, 0-100 pts.wt. of a pigment and 0-200 pts.wt. of metal hydroxide and the sum total amt. of the pigment and metal hydroxide is 0.001 pts.wt. or more.
