Abstract:
To provide a flame retardant material that enhances flame retardancy of printed installations printed with guide letters, pictures, and numbers including a target or shooting score of a shooting gallery, prevents the occurrence of a fire, allows for digital printing outside the printed installations, and is easy to manufacture with improved workability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A flame retardant material has: a substrate 510 of a printed installation that is composed of silica fabric: flameproof layers 520 that are provided on the upper and lower sides of the substrate and are coated or applied with a flameproof layer composition formed of a two-pack type silicone resin, a flameproof agent, a diluent, and an additive: a primer layer 530 that is provided outside each flameproof layer and formed of methyl cyclohexane 60 to 80 wt.%, isopropyl acetate 15 to 25 wt.%, methyl ethyl ketone 4 to 5 wt.%, and silicon dioxide 1 to 10 wt.%: and a digital printed layer 540 that is provided outside each primer layer and subjected to UV digital printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
