Title:
FIREPROOF COMPARTMENT WALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013068077
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To significantly improve workability with respect to a fireproof compartment wall of a dry construction method which is installed in a condition where construction is extremely difficult from one side.

A fireproof structure wall 1 of a dry construction method includes a vertical steel stud 10 aligned and arranged along a wall core, and noncombustible board materials 2, 3 attached to only one side of the steel stud. Each firing temperature of the stud and the board materials is 1000°C or higher, and when the ambient temperature on an optional side of the wall body reaches a high temperature of about 950°C, the surface temperature of the board materials on the other side of the wall body is maintained at 200°C or lower and at 160°C or lower in average. The board materials are fixed to the stud by a noncombustible and heat resisting locking tool 8. The locking tool maintains integration of the board materials and the stud and also suppresses thermal deformation of the stud when the ambient temperature on one side area of the wall body reaches a high temperature of 900°C or higher.
