Abstract:
To provide a fireproof screen having a main door screen and a slave door screen, in which, upon door closure, each screen operates smoothly and is closed.SOLUTION: A door end side of an evacuation opening/closing section 11 of a main door screen 1 is sandwiched between a fixed door screen 3 and a slave door screen 2. Upon door opening, the evacuation opening/closing section 11 of the main door screen 1 is pushed open, which concurrently to open the slave door screen 2, forming an evacuation opening. Upon door closure, the slave door screen 2 is brought into rotation in conjunction with the closure of the main body screen 1, closing the evacuation opening. The slave door screen 2 is configured to have more slack than the main door screen 1, which increases the air resistance upon closure, delaying the closure of the slave door screen 2 to facilitate the closure of the slave door screen 2 after the main door screen 1 is closed. In addition, sliding parts are provided at ends of the main door screen 1 and the slave door screen 2 to reduce the frictional force when they come into contact with each other and to reduce problems caused by snagging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
