To provide: production and culturing methods of fish capable of keeping a bright red color of its edible parts without inhibiting the weight increase of the fish; the edible parts of the fish produced by the culturing method; and mixed feed used for the production method.SOLUTION: By feeding a narirutin-containing mixed feed to fishes belonging to thunnus, bonitos, and euthynnus, those having brightly red-colored edible parts can be provided without inhibiting their weight increase.SELECTED DRAWING: None
