To provide a miniaturized and lightened fish sorter that can sort target shrimps from the fishes remaining in the trawl fishing net after the net is hoisted on the floor of a small or intermediate-sized fishing boat efficiently with the working space saved.
The bottom-having cylindrical fish sorter tank 1 is constructed with the peripheral wall 10 in a drum shape and a disk plate or a polygonal bottom plate 11. The sorting tank 1 is arranged so that the bottom plate may be inclined and supported on the frame (f) so that the bottom plate 11 rotates around the central axis. An opening (a) for discharging small sized fish and shrimps is formed on the central position of the bottom plate 11 and the opening (b) on the upper face side of the fish sorter tank 1 is used as an inlet for the caught fish and as an outlet for the fish mixture remaining after the shrimp discharge.
