PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight fishhook, capable of carrying out the coloring including a transparent color and removed from rigid feeling without rusting in spite of its strength resistible to the weight and pulling of a large fish.

CONSTITUTION: This fishhook is equipped with an insert metallic part 1 arranged along the center and a plastic part 2 coating the periphery of the metallic part 1. The insert metallic part 1 is formed by sintering and forming metallic fine powder or punching or cutting a metallic mass including a platy or a cylindrical shape and the plastic part 2 is formed by locating, e.g. the insert metallic part in the center of a metallic mold and then uniformly casting a plastics unto the gaps thereof.
