PURPOSE: To obtain a fishing bait resistant to collapse in water in a state attached to a hook and stably held on the hook by mixing fibers into a bait material.

CONSTITUTION: The objective bait is produced by mixing fibers 2 such as cotton into a bait raw material l made of e.g. agar. It can be stably held on a fishing hook when attached to a hook similarly to conventional fishing bait and is resistant to separation from the hook, dissolution in water and collapse of the form.
