Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fishing hook-type retainer to fix a connector, in particular a through-hole type or surface mount-type connector on a printed circut board. CONSTITUTION: This fishing hook-type retainer comprises a housing retaining section 102, a small lean piece 104 and a circuit assembly connecting section 106, all of which are continuous to one another. The small lean piece 104 has a first side 108, a second side 110, a first edge 112 and a second edge 114, all of which are continuous to one another. The circuit assembly connecting section 106 is provided with a fishing hook-like tip 13, a first and second taper flat planes 132, 134 which are crossing each other, an inner surface 136 and an outer surface 138.
