Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer compound layer having high heat resistance.
SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor containing a conductive polymer compound formed by chemical oxidation polymerization as a solid electrolyte, the thickness of a conductive polymer compound layer 4 at a center of a capacitor element is at least 0.02 μm or more, and a thickness of the layer 4 at a center of the element and thickness of the layer 4 near the outer surface of the element are within 0.08 μm. Thus, the internal layer 4 tending to be formed thin in a conventional method does not become an insulator by heat at the time of heating test, and ESR deterioration of the capacitor at the time of heating test at 125°C is prevented.
