PURPOSE: To provide a fitting bracket of a suspension arm of which weld strength can be maintained by displacing a part of less weld penetration from a part of maximum stress.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 20 supports a suspension arm 22 capably of being swung around the horizontal axis C, receives a load in the axial direction from the suspension arm, and is provided with a pair of supporting sides 24, 25. Each supporting side is fixedly secured with a supporting member 40 by means of a first welded part 36 which is rectilinearly extended in the horizontal direction crossingly meeting at right angles with the axis C, a second welded part 37 which is rectilinearly extended in the horizontal direction from one end of the first welded part 36 in parallel with the axis C, and a third welded part 38 which is rectilinearly extended in the horizontal direction crossingly meeting at right angles with the axis C from the end of the second welded part 37 far from the first welded part 36.
