PURPOSE: To easily and quickly fit an umbrella storage bag on an umbrella by one hand.
CONSTITUTION: Fastening constituent parts 21a, 22a to form a fastening unit which fastens the tip of an umbrella by those both parts are provided under supporting elements 21, 22. The supporting elements 21, 22 are constituted to be rotatable at the upper ends, and are vertically movable along the tilted surface of a main body 2, and always energized upward by a spring 16. Under this condition, the fastening constituent parts 21a, 22a do not open in the lateral direction by a restriction guide 23. When the tip of an umbrella is fastened by the fastening constituent parts 21a, 22a, and is depressed as is, the supporting elements 21, 22 descend, and the restriction by the restriction guide 23 is released, and the fastening constituent parts 21a, 22a open in the lateral direction, and insertion parts 21b, 22b at the lower ends open the insertion opening of an umbrella storage bag, and the umbrella is inserted in the umbrella storage bag as is.
