To increase the housing efficiency of inner pipes 16 into an outer pipe 14, and to reduce construction cost, without lowering workability, by making enabling use of the outer pipes 14 of the same size over the entire length.
Inside a joint 18 for connecting a structure 12 and an external pipe 14a, a fixing board 20 is fitted, and to this fixing board 20 internal pipes 16 are connected via a fitting joint 22. In the fitting joint 22, one end of each fitting pipe 38 is stuck to the fixing board 20. The other end of the fitting pipe 38 is inserted into one end of a connecting pipe 40 slidably, and an internal pipe 16 is connected to the other end of the connecting pipe 40. Accordingly, it is possible to make the outside diameter of the fitting joint 22 approximately equal to or smaller than that of the internal pipe 16.
