Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the accuracy from being impaired due to distortion of a lens, etc., at the time of thermal expansion by positioning the lens by allowing the fitting face of the lens to about on a fitting base, and on the other hand, sticking and coupling it to the fitting base in a state that a part of the fitting face is separated from the fitting base. CONSTITUTION:On a fitting base 12, a fitting reference face 13 for abutting on a fitting face of a lens 11, and a sticking face separated at a prescribed gap from a part of the fitting face of the lens 11 which abuts on the fitting reference face 13 are formed, and a part of the fitting face is stuck and coupled to the sticking face 14 with an adhesive agent. Therefore, distortion and a crack generated in the lens at the time of thermal expansion of the lens 11 and the fitting base 12 can be prevented and it does not occur that an optical characteristic of the lens is impaired due to a residual stress, etc. Also, in the case the lens is formed roughly like a strip, when it is formed so that the fitting reference face 13 of the fitting base 12 and the sticking face 14 become adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the lens, no unnecessary bend is generated in the lens even if the lens is pressed down on the fitting reference face 13. In such a way, positioning of the lens can be facilitated.
