Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently drain water staying in a fitting groove of a weather strip by improving positional precision of a weep hole and a drain hole.
CONSTITUTION: A weather strip 12 provided with a weep hole 14b on the bottom part of a fitting groove 14 is fit on the periphery of a window glass 11. The window glass 11 with the weather strip 12 is fit in an opening part 13 by putting the weep hole 14b on a drain hole 13c on the lower edge of the car body opening part 13. A seal lip 14a is provided on the bottom part of the fitting groove 14, and a tube 17 is inserted into the weep hole 14b. The tube 17 has a tube main body and a flange part, and the tube main body passes through the weep hole 14b and the drain hole 13c in the state where a glass window is fit. The flange is formed thinner than height of the seal lip and it is engaged with a hole edge of the weep hole 14b. The tube main body passes through the drain hole 13c with a play. Both of the holes 14b, 13c are positioned with the tube projected from the weep hole 14b as a guide pin.
