Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure high sealing performance without necessitating high accuracy by inserting a valve piece having a diameter larger than that of an introducing hole, into a guide groove in slidable ways. CONSTITUTION:A valve piece 13 having a diameter larger than that of an introducing hole 12 is accommodated in slidable ways into the guide groove 15A on a guide frame 15. Therefore, the introducing hole 12 can be perfectly closed by the valve piece 13, and high sealing performance can be secured. Since the inner wall 111 of a body 11 is made of thermoplastic resin or rubber, the chemical resistance is larger, and errosion can be prevented even if corrosive gas is introduced inside. When the outer wall 112 is made of fiber-reinforced plastic or metal, a valve having a large strength and a large thermal resistance can be obtained.
