Abstract:
To provide a fitting having a sliding sash opening/closing device capable of miniaturizing a housing of the sliding sash opening/closing device and reducing assembling man-hours.SOLUTION: A fitting includes a frame body, a sliding sash mounted within the frame body in an openable/closable manner, and a sliding sash opening/closing device attached to the frame body and capable of opening/closing the sliding sash; the sliding sash opening/closing device includes an opening/closing device body 60 and a driving device section accommodated within the opening/closing device body 60 and causing the sliding sash to open/close; and the opening/closing device body 60 has a metal body 651 formed of a hollow metal material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
