PURPOSE: To make any car driver capable of throwing his empty drink cans in a position fixed case during stop or slow movement of one's car by forming the position fixed case body by means of a net fence having its perfect visual range, constructing a forward falling front additionally usable as a swing type rail on the road side of a tray, and projecting sideways at right angles from the road, a collecting container or cage having an unfixed shape via a movably supported case.

CONSTITUTION: In a concrete block 26 embedded along a road, a tray loaded base frame 18 is inserted in and fixed to leg parts 25 and movably supported cases 6 or cages are arranged in partitioning frames 4 at proper handling pitches through a fixed-shape tray 19 having a forward falling front to the road surface. The main body thereof is formed of throwing-in guides 5 in parallel to the base frame 18 and a fence frame 1 provided with a net fence mounted on the back face of a throwing-in port and having its perfect visual range, and a plurality of unfixed/fixed-shape collecting containers are mounted so as to form the collecting position fixed case body. A forward falling front 29 additionally usable as a swing type rail on the road side of a tray 19 and the unfixed-shape collecting container is projected sideways at right angles from the road via the movably supported cases 6.
