Abstract:
To improve operational reliability for feeding a fixed quantity of dry ice, and to easily and rapidly change a quantity of feeding the dry ice.
A hopper 5 storing granular dry ice 3 and a feeding mechanism 6 for feeding the fixed quantity of the dry ice 3 from this hopper 5 are equipped. The feeding mechanism 6 has a rotary valve 15 provided in a feeding path for the dry ice 3 and rotated around a shaft in the horizontal direction, a motor 16 for rotatably driving this rotary valve 15, and a control part 17 for controlling the number of rotation of the rotary valve 15 by this motor 16.
