To provide a fixed size cutting device capable of fixed size feeding and fixed size cutting of a thin object such as a film with low stiffness without deforming the thin object between a feed roller and a cutting blade.
The present invention has feeding means of a thin object, cutting means, and conveying means after cutting. The feeding means is located immediately upstream of the cutting device and has a pair of nip rollers having an uneven surface shaped like a plurality of grooves and an upper and lower pair of comb-shaped guides fitted into the recesses of the nip rollers combined opposed to each other and guiding the thin object in the backside of the conveying direction of the nip rollers, thereby smoothly guiding the front edge of the thin object fed from the nip rollers.
