In the fixed structure of a measuring instrument body in which a platy fixed part 4 is provided in the cover 2 of a crossed coil type measuring instrument body 1, a through-hole 12 through which the fixed part 4 is passed is provided in a circuit board 3, and the measuring instrument body 1 is fixed to a circuit board 3 by inserting the fixed part 4 through the through-hole 12 and folding the fixed part 4, a contact part which is wider than the top end part and brought in contact with the peripheral part of the through-hole 12 is provided in the fixed part 4.
