PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable route guidance to be provided for a person who does not possess a special device.SOLUTION: A fixed terminal device 100 is installed in facilities. The fixed terminal device 100 comprises: a jet part capable of jetting an air flow with smell in an arbitrary jetting direction; and a jetting control unit which designates the jetting direction for guiding a user who uses facilities to a designation place designated by the user and jets an air flow with smell from the jet part in the designated jetting direction so as to guide the user to the designation place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
