Abstract:
This invention suppresses interference between a holding unit and a guiding means. A conveying device comprises: an orbital unit to which a holding portion for holding a material to be conveyed is attached and which is orbiting itself in the circumferential direction thereby conveying the material to be conveyed; a conveying roll that is provided with a recess for accommodating the holding portion and conveys the material to be conveyed; and a guiding means that has a guiding portion for guiding the material to be conveyed on the downstream side of the conveying roll and allows the holding portion, which is moved by the orbital motion of the orbital unit, to pass through a space in an intersecting direction that intersects the circumferential direction with respect to the guide portion.
