Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a wheelchair which can positively fix the wheelchair.
SOLUTION: A support member 31 which supports a lead screw 30 and a motor 32 are mounted on a right activation base 27 for a guide rail 25 and a driven nut 33 which is screwed into the lead screw 30 to move a right and a left action base 26, 27 into the accessible and the separable direction, is mounted on the left action base 26. In addition, a right and a left guide arm 44, 45 are supported, in a freely rotating manner, on a right and a left fixed block 42, 43, and a right and a left hook 48, 49 are supported, in a freely rotating manner, on the guide arms 44, 45 respectively. Further, a right and a left action transmitting arm 50, 51 which are supported, in a freely rotating manner, on the brackets 28, 29 of the right and the left action base 26, 27, are connected to the base ends of the hooks 48, 49. Besides, a right and a left push bar 35, 36 which come into contact with the lower end parts of the right and the left guide arm 44, 45 when the right and the left action base 25, 26 are moved into the accessible direction, are extended from the right and the left action base 25, 26.
