Abstract:
To improve efficiency in a fixing work of an insert.SOLUTION: A fixing method of an insert includes: an insert loading step S104; a first adhesive arranging step S105; a partial curing step S106; a removing step S107; and a post-curing step S108. In the insert loading step S104, the insert to which a positioning member for positioning the insert to a panel hole is connected, is loaded in the panel hole. In the first adhesive arranging step S105, a first adhesive for adhering the insert and a panel material is disposed in the panel hole. In the partial curing step S106, a curing object portion as a part of the first adhesive is cured to fix the insert to the panel material. In the removing step S107, the positioning member is removed from the insert fixed to the panel material. In the post-curing step S108, curing of an uncured portion not cured of the first adhesive is completed to fix the insert to the panel material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
