To surely secure a high fatigue durability of a rubber elastic body by applying a pre-compression to the rubber elastic body securely, as well as to fix the rubber elastic body to a resin installing body at a high reliability.
On the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 5 of a resin installing body 4, plural grooves 5 extending continuously in the penetration direction, and provided in the peripheral direction, are formed. To this through hole 5a, the inner tube 1, and a vibration control device 3 consisting of the tubular rubber elastic body 2 fixed on the outer periphery of the inner tube 1, are pressed in. After that, a normal temperature hardening type adhesive is filled in the grooves 5a formed in the through hole 5, so as to adhere the rubber elastic body 2 with the resin installing body 4.
