To attain a fixing structure for a control panel of an elevator car, capable of replacing an existing control panel with a new one without replacing a wing wall.

A pair of upper and lower guides 13 and a pair of right and left guides 14 are fixed on the upper/lower and right/left sides of a car control panel fixing hole 12 behind a wing wall 4. Upper and lower adjusting boards 15 are fixed on the respective upper and lower guides 13 so as to slide in the vertical direction and right and left adjusting boards 16 on the respective right and left guides 16 so as to slide in the horizontal direction. The size of the car control panel fixing hole 12 is fitted to the size of a new car control-panel 10 by sliding-movement of the upper and lower adjusting boards 15 and the right and left adjusting boards 16. It is thus possible to fix the case 10b of the car control panel 10 in a tightening manner by utilizing the fixing holes formed in the respective bent sides 15a, 16a.
