A lock groove 18 is formed on the inner surface of a side plate 16 of a cabinet 10 to place/fix a counter 12 and on the other hand, frame wood 20 having an abutting part 28 and a gap forming part 30 is fixed on the lower surface of the counter 12. Then, one terminal part of a metallic fixture 22 is inserted/locked into the lock groove 18, and the other terminal part is abutted to the abutting part 28 of the frame wood 20. At such a time, a vertical gap is formed between the metallic fixture 22 and the frame wood 20 by the gap forming part 30 and at the position of this gap, the fixing metal fixture 22 and the frame wood 20 are joined by screws 34.
