To suppress 'setting' of an elastic ring 10 caused by pressing load and load by fuel pressure to maintain a holding state of a fuel injection valve 2 and assured sealability.

The elastic ring 10(10A) air-tightly separating a first internal space formed by a first inner diameter part 3a from a second inner space formed by a second inner diameter part 3b, is disposed between an aligning ring 8 and a hole-side step part 3d. Since a metallic ring 9 part receiving the pressing load and the load by the fuel pressure to support the fuel injection valve 2, and an elastic ring 10(10A) part sealing the inside and outside of a mounting hole 4 of the fuel injection valve 2 constitute the aligning ring 8(8A), occurrence and progression of 'setting' in the elastic ring 10(10A) part caused by the pressing load and the load by the fuel pressure are suppressed. Therefore, the holding state and assured sealability are maintained.
