To provide a fixing structure and a method for a wire harness which can simplify its fixing work.

The wire harness 1 is equipped with a film plate 2 as an elastic plate-shaped member, which is wider than the diameter of the harness 1 and attached by a tape 3 in the longitudinal specified range of harness 1, and a mounting clip 4. An attached section of the film plate 2 is housed in the storage space 7 of a frame 5. The film plate 2 catches on the inner wall 7a of threading space 7 to return to its former state by the restitutive force within the storage space 7. Therefore, the attached section of the film plate 2 of the wire harness 1 is fixed to the frame 5.
