To provide a fixing structure of a slide plate wherein the slide plate can be prevented from being separated due to a contact with an item to be transferred and the slide plate can be fixed to a transfer guide in such a manner that the transfer of the item to be transferred may not be hindered.

The opposite ends of a slide plate 1 fixedly adhered to the inside surface of a transfer guide 11 through an adhesive double coated tape 1b are respectively inserted from openings 11a, 11a formed in the guide 11 to dispose both the ends on the rear side of the guide 11. Thus the opposite ends are not positioned on the front side of the guide 11, and hence there is no possibility that items to be transferred, which are transferred along the guide 11, are brought into contact with the end surfaces of the slide plate 1. As a result, the slide plate 1 is not separated and no load is applied to the items to be transferred during transfer thereof so that they can be smoothly transferred.
