Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a low-cost fixture for cord adjustment excellent in the durability, with which length adjustment of a cord and its fixation can be done certainly by a simple one-touch operation.
CONSTITUTION: A fixture for cord adjustment is composed of a fixture body 2 provided with a recess 1 in a rectangular form longer in the transverse direction and a cord pinching element 3 which is elongated and bent in the recess 1. The fixure body 2 is so configured that the bottom plate 4 of this recess 1 is provided with an operational hole 5 for disengagement of the fixation and cord-threading holes 6 located on the left and right in the longitudinal direction, that the longer side wall surfaces opposing each other are provided with respective guide grooves 7 horizontally, and that the shorter side wall surfaces are furnished with shallow cord-contacting grooves 8 in the condition that the wall surface of each cord-threading hole 6 is extended. The cord pinching element 3 is so configured that a hinge 9 bending protrusive upward is formed in the middle part and that pins 10 to be engaged by the guide grooves 7 are furnished on both side faces at each end in the longitudinal direction.
