Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a clearance between a fixture material and a floor plate surface and to improve appearance by providing collar parts on both end edges of upper part materials of fixture materials such as a door sill, a sill, etc., and constructing by fitting a floor plate on a back surface of the collar part.
SOLUTION: Collar parts 2 extending outward are provided on both end edges of an upper part material 1 in the longitudinal direction. A clearance produced between the floor plate and an end surface of the upper part material 1 is concealed by the collar part 2. A leg part 3 is provided so as to form a recessed part 4 on a back surface of the collar part 2. The recessed part 4 is formed as a recessed groove extending in the longitudinal direction. A protruded part 5 is provided on a back surface side between the leg parts 3, 3 of the upper part material 1, and it is used as a sill of a sliding door as a surface recessed groove 6 extending in the longitudinal direction on a surface side of the protruded part 5. Projections 9 to fit in the recessed part 4 of the upper part material l are provided on both end edges of a surface of a lower part material 8. When the upper part material 1 and the lower part material 8 are integrated and used by fitting the recessed part 4 and the protruded part 9 on each other, it is possible to make a sill by mating the thick floor plate with the side surface.
