Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fixture which has good performance and high durability, and which is not restricted in its uses, at a low price.
CONSTITUTION: The first retaining ring body 10 is fitted with a negative clearance on the inside circumferential surface of the second retaining ring body 11 attached on a mounting member 8. The first retaining ring body 10 is made of materials whose linear expansion coefficient is lower than that of materials of the second retaining ring body 11. A ring body 9 which is made of materials such as ceramic, whose linear expansion coefficient is lower than that of materials of the mounting member 8, is attached, on the outside circumferential surface of the second retaining ring body 11. In this constitution, the ring body 9 does not receive any excessive force regardless of its temperature variation.
