Abstract:
To provide a mounting tool and a building structure capable of effectively suppressing water entry into a building.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problems, a mounting tool of the present invention includes: a mounting member having a fixed portion fixed to an external mounting surface of a building, and a mounted portion extending from the fixed portion to one side and to which an object to be mounted is mounted; a covering portion that covers the fixed portion from one side while the mounted portion is inserted therethrough; a restricting member that comprises a passage restricting portion surrounding the mounted portion and a covering member covering the opening on one side of the passage restricting portion while the mounted portion is inserted therethrough, and restricts water from entering a gap between the covering portion and the fixed portion from one side through a gap between the passage restricting portion and the mounted portion; and sealing means that is provided in a space formed around the mounted portion by the covering portion and the restricting member, and restricts the passage of water between the passage restricting portion which is in contact with the covering portion from one side and surrounds the end portion on the other side of the mounted portion and the covering portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
