A pile layer having a weight of 500 to 650 g/m² formed by a pile yarn comprising a wool fiber as a main material is implanted on a base material having a weight of 150 to 300 g/m². A semi-synthesis recycled cellulose fiber containing 2-2'-oxybis[5-5-dimethyl-1-3-2-dioxaphosphorinate]2-2'disulfide, having 28 or more of LOI value is used by 15 to 50 weight% within the pile yarn with respect to 85 to 50 weight% of the wool fiber. In a back surface of the carpet, a resin emulsion blended by aluminum hydroxide with 50 P.H.R. or more is applied with 450 to 550 g/m² thereof estimated by solid content.
