Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant cubic lattice shape cushion that has superior mechanical properties such as moderate softness and compressibility necessary as a cushion, vibration absorption, dehumidification properties, deformation followability and anti-settling property, while including sufficient flame resistance.SOLUTION: A flame retardant cubic lattice shape cushion is characterized by the cubic lattice shape cushion with a honeycomb shape structure comprising viscoelastic elastomer compound, having a thickness decreasing rate of 5.0% or less in a repeated compression residual strain test (based on JIS K-6400-4:2004 B method) and being a multiple polygonal aggregate by a consecutive lattice wall, and forming a lattice body having at least an upper part opened. The viscoelastic elastomer compound contains oil, a styrene block copolymer, bromine flame retardants and an antimony trioxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
