Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prepare a sheet of flame retardant paper for backing vinyl wallpapers having a high expansion rate in processing suitability for vinyl chloride pastes in processing the wallpaper.

CONSTITUTION: This sheet of flame retardant paper for backing vinyl wallpapers is obtained by regulating the flame retardant paper for backing the vinyl wallpapers containing 75 to 85wt.% aluminum hydroxide having ≥1 to ≤3μm grain diameter to 0.85 to 0.90g/cm3 density before machine calendering treatment and has 0.35-0.4W/m.K thermal conductivity in the paper thickness direction.
