PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition capable of providing a molded product excellent in flame retardance, mechanical characteristics and heat resistance (particularly deflection temperature under load).SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition comprises, based on 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin (A), 1-300 pts.mass of a bromine-containing polymer (B) having a repeating unit represented by the general formula (1) in the figure.
