Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition capable of obtaining a flame-retardant resin having all of adhesiveness, flame retardancy, dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent in a balanced manner and a retardant resin of the same, and to provide copper foil with resin, a copper-clad laminate and a printed wiring board using the same.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant resin composition contains a phosphorus-based flame retardant such as a resin component containing a bismaleimide compound represented by general formula (I), a curing agent and a phosphorus-based flame retardant such as cyclophosphazene and a fluororesin filler, where a content of the curing agent is 0.5-30 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin component and a content of the phosphorus-based flame retardant is 5-30 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin component, and a content of the fluororesin filler is 10-200 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
