Abstract:
To obtain a flameproof paper especially flameproof shoji (Japanese style paper sliding door) paper without causing difference of fireproofing properties and a pattern like a map as a variation with age, excellent in fireproofing properties, air-permeability and whiteness and capable of making the paper by a conventional wet paper making method.
This flameproof paper, especially flameproof shoji paper is obtained by mixing 35-65 pts.wt. fireproofing fiber, especially polychlal-based fiber, 65-35 pts.wt. cellulosic fiber and 5-20 pts.wt. binder fiber, and making the paper by a wet paper making method.
