Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for automatically detecting thermal storage of a carbon precursor and excursion of reaction during flameproofing treatment stably for a long period of time without damaging the carbon precursor.
SOLUTION: This flameproofing oven 100 is equipped with at least one gas collection means 320 for collecting gas in the flameproofing oven 100, an ammonia concentration measuring instrument (ammonia concentration measuring means) 330 for measuring ammonia concentration in the gas collected by each gas collection means 320 and a temperature control means 500 for controlling temperature in the flameproofing oven 100 on the basis of the ammonia concentration measured by the ammonia concentration measuring instrument 330.
