Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange junction structure in which occurrence of rust within the flange junction structure can be restricted by reducing an entire amount of adhesive agent at a branch part formed when the adhesive agent is cured on the basis of a new concept of a relation between a fluctuation rate of distance between the junction surfaces and a depth of branch part.SOLUTION: A flange junction structure is constituted in such a way that adhesive agent is applied to a junction surface and the junction surface is connected through a spot welding and there is provided a shape for expanding a volume of adhesive agent to cause volumes of adhesive agent at both sides in short direction to be more than that at the central part of junction surface in short direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
