Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange mechanism capable of preventing galling from occurring between a fitting hole and a boss part.SOLUTION: A flange mechanism 30 includes: a fixed flange 31 comprising a cylindrical boss part 311, a blade mounting part 311a and a receiving flange part 313 which supports a side surface 211a of a cutting blade 20; a pressing flange 32 having a fitting hole 321 of which an inner periphery 321a is supported by a blade mounting part 311a, and which holds the cutting blade 20 with the fixed flange 31; and a fixing nut 33 with which the pressing flange 32 is fixed to the fixed flange 31. The inner periphery 321a includes: a guide part expanding toward the cutting blade 20 from the fixing nut 33; an escape part expanding toward the fixing nut 33 from the cutting blade 20; and a support ridge part formed between the guide part and the escape part. The pressing flange 32 is supported by the support ridge part contacting the blade mounting part 311a.
