PURPOSE: To facilitate handling of a tube whose length is varicable by providing a handling device of the tube and a chucking device of a flange in fixed side and moving side truck.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed side truck 1 and a moving side truck 2 being movable forward toward and backward from the truck 1 are provided. Each truck has a handling device B of a tube and chucking parts A1, A2 of a rotatable flange or sleeve, and a chucking device being movable forward and backward in the same direction as the moving direction of the moving side cart 2 and a receiving base of the tube being freely movable forward and backward and ascendable and descendable in the direction orthogonal to the advancing direction of the moving side truck 2. In such a way, it is facilitated to position the flange or sleeve F and to secure a draft of a tube P and the flange or sleeve F, it is possible to cope with variance of the tube length, and a handling operation can be executed simply.
