To provide a flashlight fitted with a whistle which is put on a person at all time for emergency use to serve also as a whistle for self-protection and can prevent disaster in advance.

The body 1 is equipped with a switch 2, where a red light cover 3 is mounted at one end removably while a whistle 4 is accommodated internally, and a transparent light cover 6 is installed at the other end, and in its inside a miniature electric bulb is installed.
