To provide a flat antenna in which bandwidth to be used as a circular polarization antenna is wide and a gain is also high.
A first patch electrode 12 and a second patch electrode 13 in the same form as the first patch electrode 12 and in an orthogonal direction are parallel provided on a dielectric substrate 11, a power feeding line 14 is provided for feeding high frequency signals to the first patch electrode 12 and the second patch electrode 13 while keeping a phase difference of 90°, and directions of electric fields radiated from the first and second patch electrodes 12 and 13 are matched. When the power feeding line 14 is a microstrip line having a first power feeding line connected to the first patch electrode 12 and a second power feeding line 14b of which an electric length is different from that of the first power feeding line 14a just for the phase difference of 90° and which is connected to the second patch electrode 13, the high frequency signals to be fed to the patch electrodes 12 and 13 have the phase difference of 90°.
