Title:
平板エミッタ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6075213
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-plate emitter having such a shape that can be easily incorporated in an electron source for an X-ray tube or other application with good positional accuracy, and that is difficult to deform an electron beam emitting surface.SOLUTION: A flat-plate emitter comprises four leg parts 2-5 for electrical heating. Two whole electrical-heating leg parts 2, 3 are formed straight, and two half electrical-heating leg parts 4, 5 are formed so as to meander twice, so that a distance between a whole electrical-heating leg part and a half electrical-heating leg part that are adjacent each other is wider at the ends of the leg parts than at the bases thereof. Since the distance at the ends of the leg parts is wider, a distance between electrode bars for fixing the leg parts increases, and the electrode bars can be easily insulated from each other. Since the whole electrical-heating leg parts 2, 3 are formed straight, the emitter can be easily balanced. Consequently, the emitter can be easily incorporated into an electron source for an X-ray tube or other application with good positional accuracy, and an electron beam emitting surface thereof is difficult to deform.
