PURPOSE: To enable carrying of the load reaction force of a loaded load produced due to stretching of a stretcher, by a method wherein expansible cement is placed in plural bored holes, the lower ends of struts respectively are fastened in the swelling cement, and a truss is spanned between the struts.
CONSTITUTION: Plural bored holes 2 are formed in a ground surface, a support metal 6 is placed in the bored hole 2 and expansible cement 3 is placed therein to fasten the support metal 6 and the strut 4, and soil is backfilled. The strut 4 is interposed through a through-hole 23 in a truss 5, and is prevented from being pulled off by means of a nut 24. A stretcher 29, such as hydraulic jacks, is located between a load measuring device 27, such as load cell, on a loading plate 26 placed in a recess 11 and the truss 5. The strut 4 is firmly fastened in a ground by means of the expansible cement 3, and has a high resistance force to pull-off, resulting in carriage of a loaded load occasioned by stretching of the stretcher 29.
