Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat shield cable having the same adjacent conductor pitch and terminal part as before and allowing the control of the characteristic impedance thereof.
SOLUTION: In this flat shield cable, a plurality of flat conductors 12 containing at least one ground wire 12 and a signal line 11 excluding at least a part of the ground wire are covered integral with an insulator 13, and a shield tape 17 is applied thereon. The width w11b of a flat conductor portion 11b between the terminal parts 11a of the signal line 11 excluding the terminal part 11a of the signal line 11 is formed narrower than that of the terminal part 11a.
